CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & BOOKING POLICY We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client. Cancellations & Rescheduling For standard appointments, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. For appointments requiring 3 or more hours, specialty services, extensions, color corrections, or major color transformations, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled without the required notice may be subject to the following fees: Haircuts, Blowouts & Styling: $25 Single-Process Color, Root Touch-Ups & Similar Services: $50 Highlights, Balayage & Multi-Step Color Services: $75 Extensions, Color Corrections & Specialty/Extended Services: Deposit forfeited and/or a cancellation fee based on the appointment time reserved Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact the salon will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. After a no-show or repeated late cancellations, a deposit or full prepayment may be required before booking future appointments. Deposits for Specialty & Extended Services Certain services require a consultation and deposit before the appointment can be confirmed. This may include: Hair extensions Color corrections Major color transformations Bridal or event services Specialty treatments Extended appointments Services requiring special-order products or materials The required deposit will be determined after your consultation based on the service, appointment time, and any products or hair that must be ordered. The deposit will be applied toward your final service total. If you cancel or reschedule within the required cancellation period, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than the required notice or do not show for your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited. Any portion of a deposit used to purchase custom-ordered extensions, hair, products, or other materials specifically for you is non-refundable once the order has been placed. A new deposit may be required to schedule another specialty appointment after a late cancellation or no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your scheduled services or reschedule your appointment so that other clients are not affected. If there is not enough time to safely and properly complete your service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Consultation & Pricing Prices discussed during a consultation are estimates based on your hair and the services expected at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, desired result, amount of product required, appointment time, and any additional services agreed upon. For appointments requiring a deposit, your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted at the salon's discretion depending on the circumstances. Booking Acknowledgment By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation, no-show, late arrival, deposit, and booking policies.
